Onsite Team Lead 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Fulton, NY 13069 We are seeking a proactive and dependable Onsite Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate team members at the job site. The Onsite Team Lead is responsible for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Must Speak Spanish Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coordinate, and monitor the activities of warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals Train and mentor team members on processes, safety protocols, and best practices Oversee picking, packing, receiving, and/or shipping operations during assigned shifts Ensure compliance with company standards for handling fragile, high-end merchandise Address operational issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays Assist in performance reviews and provide input on staff development Act as a liaison between warehouse associates and supervisors/management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year of experience in a leadership or team lead role preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS systems Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet performance goals
