Stocker/Security Nature Republic Flushing 4025 Main St, Flushing, NY 11354 Job Overview We are looking for a Stocker/Security member to join our team. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy boxes. You will play a crucial role in keeping the store well-stocked, as well as keeping a lookout in the front. Responsibilities Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are neatly displayed and easily accessible. Assist in product deliveries every month and inventory count roughly twice a year Conduct inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory control. Manage the front of the store by standing guard, greeting customers who walk in Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate stock replenishment and address any issues. Perform heavy lifting as required, safely handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Maintain cleanliness in the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring a tidy shopping environment. Experience Previous experience in inventory control and stocking is preferred, but not required Previous experience in security roles is preferred, but not required Customer service experience is advantageous for interacting with customers Proficiency in or Korean is preferred, but not required Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within a team setting is essential for success in this role
