Job Description
Texturing and Warping Supply Chain Leader Sage Automotive Interiors 1395 Highway 72 W, Abbeville, SC 29620 Overview The Supply Chain Leader is responsible for analyzing internal and external customer releases/forecasts and providing Sharon Texturing, Conventional Warping (Warp Knits), and Sectional Warping with a schedule/forecast to satisfy its customer’s requirements based upon capacity restraints. This includes daily collaboration as needed with internal/external customers & suppliers to resolve any issues in order to ensure optimal performance. Some critical metrics will be schedule execution (compliance to pull / plan), inventory control (acceptable levels of inventory dollars), supermarket market compliance(finished goods & raw material), no warp compliance, etc Duties Lead safety process in area of responsibility Capacity Planning Data Analysis – Excel and JOMAR, etc Inventory Control and Planning Creation of Weekly Texturing, Conventional Warping, and Sectional Warping Schedules Daily/Weekly Management of Incoming Purchase Materials for area of responsibility. Lead Planning Meeting Lean Responsibilities in Area of Responsibility Inputting new specs in Jomar & Barco Monthly Knit Beam/Yarn inventory. Daily communication with Weaving SCL and Gayley SCL Present in the MAP Meeting Other items as prioritized by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 1.
Bachelor’s degree or sufficient and relevant practical experience 2. or other textile company with experience in Supply Chain preferred 3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (multi-task). 4. Adaptability and flexibility based on changing circumstances 5. Attention to detail, well-organized & exceptional follow-up skills 6. Ability to lead meetings(Virtual & In-Person)
