Customer Service Stock Associate Haywood Lane Market 390 Haywood Lane, Nashville, TN 37211 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The Stocker plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are organized, well-stocked, and readily available for customers. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage inventory and maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store or warehouse. Duties Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in designated storage areas. Stock shelves with products in an orderly and visually appealing manner. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure adequate stock is available. Clean and maintain the stockroom, shelves, and display areas to promote a safe and tidy work environment. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed, ensuring accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing products. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items within the store. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely restocking of products. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in customer service to enhance the shopping experience for patrons. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving processes. Knowledge of inventory control methods to maintain accurate stock levels. Ability to keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency. Experience in retail sales is a plus, contributing to an understanding of customer needs. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in inventory management practices to support stock accuracy.
