Farm Market Associate Green Door Gourmet 7007 River Road Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, friendly, flexible and hardworking team member to join our small farm crew in our on site farm markets on the weekends with potential weekday hours. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and managing multiple tasks in our retail environment. As a Farm Market Associate, this role involves a little bit of everything – customer service, watering plants, helping with our farm box program and more! This position requires being able to work interdepartmentally and taking initiative to best support the market. Requirements Must be able to work weekends. Comfortable on your feet for extended periods. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Willing to jump into different tasks as needed Strong multitasking and customer service skills. Has experience in retail customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting customers with purchases Restocking products and helping maintain a clean, organized space. Operating the register and handling basic monetary transactions. Answering product questions Helping with other farm duties such as plants, pacing produce, sorting produce, answering the phone, etc. Join our team and be part of a fun, always-changing environment!
