As the face of our one-of-a-kind marketplace, you’ll deliver warm welcomes, helpful support, and fast, accurate transactions — all while surrounded by creativity and community.

What You’ll Do:

Greet every guest and vendor with a smile and top-tier hospitality Keep our front counter running smoothly with accurate sales, returns, gift cards, and special orders Maintain a clean, organized store entrance Use POS and typing skills to keep lines moving and guests happy Share accurate info about store hours, vendor spaces, and policies Answer phones courteously and professionally Assist with large/heavy items, recover carts, and support store cleanliness Show genuine passion for the Miss Lucille’s brand and everything it represents

What You Bring:

A great personality and love for helping people Strong guest service and communication skills Previous point-of-sale and cash handling experience Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced setting Attention to detail and accuracy Typing speed of 40+ WPM Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
