The Boeing Product Standards Office team is seeking an Engineering Technical Specialist to join the team in Huntsville, AL; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; or North Charleston, SC . The Product Standards Office is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level and Associate level Engineering Technical Specialists.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Contribute to the development, documentation, implementation and configuration control of engineering product standards ensuring compliance to standards system requirement s Collaborate with stakeholders to produce Product Standards data in an XML format for data delivery to downstream system s May require management of digital data using Teamcenter, Arbortext, Microsoft Office applications, etc . Assist with training in the utilization of processes and tools and support the integration of product standards and product standards related data at an enterprise leve l Assist in the development, maintenance and distribution of engineering documents, standards and related data to enable business activit y Assist in Boeing coordination and review of Government and Industry Standards for enterprise deployment and us e Work under close supervisio n Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suit e 1+ years of experience leading project s 1+ years of experience in data management and/or configuration management and processin g Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienc e Bachelor’s degree or highe r Experience with XM L Knowledge of industry, military, and government specification s Technical or business writing experienc e
