AT&T Wireless Sales Representative AT&T Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities:

: Engage with potential customers to promote and explain AT&T’s wireless services while serving as the primary representative during their questions and inquiries . As an AT&T Wireless Sales Representative, deliver personalized wireless presentations that highlight the value and many benefits of AT&T’s products based on each customer’s unique needs. Assist customers in processing their new orders and explain the sales aspect to them for full transparency during their purchase Demonstrate knowledge on AT&T’s latest offerings and communicate service details, limited-time deals, and package options to customers. Assess customer needs through strategic questions and recommend the best AT&T services that align with their preferences and budget. AT&T Wireless Sales Representatives will diligently update all customer interactions, completed sales, and feedback to ensure organized and up-to-date reporting and increase customer experience.
