AT&T Wireless Support Member:

Communicate directly with customers to promote and sell wireless products and services AT&T Wireless Support Members will support customers during the set up of their new wireless service and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales metrics by actively engaging with customers. Serve as a wireless expert by learning about our wireless device offerings, pricing, and promotions Build relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and overall customer satisfaction AT&T Wireless Support Members will address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy AT&T Wireless Support Member Skills /

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar fields is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
