Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from potential customers via phone and email. Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
