Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, experienced tech who can do more than just fix devices — someone who knows how to communicate, close a sale, and deliver a great customer experience. This role is designed for someone who can consistently sign up at least 1 customer per day for Home+ (our unlimited device protection plan) while providing expert device repairs and front-of-house support. If you know your way around tech and can confidently speak to customers about solutions, this is a high-value, high-impact role.
What You’ll Do:
Repair phones, tablets, laptops, and other devices — both hardware and software Upsell and enroll customers into Home+ , our $25 commission protection plan Deliver top-tier customer service at the counter and over the phone Walk customers through the value of repairs vs. replacements and protection options Accurately track repairs, parts, and customer interactions Keep the store clean, professional, and ready for walk-ins Help manage appointments and maintain open communication with the team
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of hands-on tech repair experience (phones, computers, tablets) Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers A track record of upselling or hitting sales goals is a major plus Comfortable explaining technical topics in simple terms Self-driven, organized, and dependable Knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac systems
Bonus:
Experience with soldering or advanced board-level repair
