Job Description:

As an IT Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business and building long-lasting client relationships. This is a commission-based role, where your earning potential is unlimited, and your success directly correlates with your performance. You will be responsible for generating leads, setting discovery calls and meetings, and closing sales for a wide range of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. This position will report to our Director of Sales and work hand in hand with them.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities within the New York City area. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions. Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings to showcase our offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to better serve clients. Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry (tech sales, software, hardware, etc.). (preferred but will train the right person) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and technology. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of IT solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking is a bonus. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the NYC area as needed.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission-based, offering uncapped earning potential. Sales representatives can earn significant commissions based on the deals they close, with the opportunity to earn high commissions from large and repeat customers.
