Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience with NetSuite ERP, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite financial workflows, including processes like revenue recognition, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash.
Familiarity with integrating NetSuite using SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, or related APIs.
Demonstrated skill in translating NetSuite capabilities to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
Practical experience customizing NetSuite using saved searches, workflows, dashboards, forms, and similar tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation.ategic thinking with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or C1 (Proficient) level in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assess business needs and guide stakeholders toward best practices and scalable solutions using NetSuite.
Set up and fine-tune NetSuite modules, including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
Develop and deploy tailored workflows, custom forms, dashboards, and saved searches.
Deliver end-user support and training across various departments such as finance, operations, and sales.
Document system configurations, business processes, and technical details thoroughly.
Coordinate with third-party consultants or vendors to manage integrations and enhance system capabilities.
Engage in agile processes, including sprint planning, team ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration.
