We’re looking for a motivated Software Sales Representative to join our in-office team in Coral Gables, FL. This role focuses on selling our website solutions to K-12 schools and districts —both in Florida and in other regions across the U.S. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds—including experienced sales professionals, individuals looking to start a career in sales, and new graduates eager to learn and grow. If you’re a strong communicator with drive and curiosity, you may be a great fit. What You’ll Do Reach out to K-12 schools through email campaigns and phone calls, identify their website needs, and schedule product demos. Conduct sales presentations via web conference or in person, tailored to each school or district’s needs. Follow up with leads through personalized emails and calls to keep them engaged. Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth handoff and successful project delivery. Track your outreach and progress using our proprietary CRM. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to a collaborative team environment. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confident presenting over the phone and in person. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools. Available to work Monday-Friday, 9-5, in our Coral Gables office (no remote work). Willing to travel occasionally for in-person demos. Bonus Points If… You have experience in EdTech or selling to K-12 schools. You’ve used a CMS or built/managed websites before. You’re familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets). Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission + year-end bonus. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
