This is more than a sales role, it’s about connecting people with smarter spaces. You’ll represent a suite of high-demand services including security systems, audiovisual solutions, and advanced networking installations across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We want someone who thrives in tech-driven environments, excels at building relationships, and has the confidence to drive deals from first call to final handshake. Duties Prospect and engage new clients across diverse sectors, homes, offices, warehouses, construction sites, and more. Sell integrated low-voltage and IT services: security surveillance, AV setups, smart networking, and future-ready infrastructure. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their needs and offer smart, scalable solutions. Conduct on-site walk-throughs and pitch tailored proposals that close deals. Build a personal portfolio of loyal clients and be the go-to rep they call first. Hit and exceed monthly sales targets, and get paid well for doing it. Skills Experience in sales, any industry background is welcome if you know how to win business. Sharp communication skills with a natural talent for negotiation and presentation. Self-driven, persistent, and hungry to grow. Confidence in networking with decision-makers like business owners, contractors, and property managers. An interest in technology and systems that make buildings smarter and more secure. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites. Important This role has a base salary, however additional earnings are commission-based and directly tied to sales performance, with the potential to earn $300,000.00 annually. Your success in building and maintaining client relationships will determine your income. This earning potential is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a result-driven environment.
