This role plays a vital part in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcomes customers and builds rapport to assess individual needs. Recommends suitable wireless devices, plans, and accessories based on customer requirements. Promotes and upsells Cricket Wireless products and services to meet sales targets. Stays current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to effectively educate customers. Provides basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting. Clearly explains billing procedures, account setup, and service options. Accurately processes transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades. Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment. Supports team members to achieve overall store performance goals.
