Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional
SME – JDE
to join their team. This role requires deep expertise in both the technical and functional aspects of JDE, particularly in the areas of MFG, Order Management, Planning, and Logistics. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring optimal use of the JDE platform to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for JDE modules related to Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning, and Logistics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Design, configure, and implement JDE solutions to support business processes and strategic initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.
Work closely with developers to design and test customizations, reports, and interfaces.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne, with a strong focus on MFG, Order Management, Planning, and Logistics modules.
Proven experience in both functional configuration and technical development within JDE.
Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
Proficiency in JDE toolsets, including UBE, BSFN, NER, and Orchestrator.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
