The role hasyou focused selling their acoustic sound masking solutions tocorportate offices•and will have a highly lucrative commossionstructure on top of a competitirve base Client Details An innovatorin sound masking solutions f is expanding its U.S. footprint andseeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to cover the New Englandterritory. This company’s patented acoustic technologies aretrusted by Fortune 1000 organizations to optimize productivity,privacy, and acoustic comfort across office and healthcaresettings. This is a high-impact, highly autonomous role ideal for aB2B sales professional who thrives in technical consultative sales,solution presentation, and project management. The position reportsto a U.S•based executive team and collaborates closely withengineering, support, and operations in North America. DescriptionDrive net new business across commercial office and healthcaremarkets in the NY region Build and nurture relationships witharchitects, contractors, integrators, and end users Present, demo,and consult on acoustic systems that are tailored to client needsCollaborate with engineering and HQ teams to scope, propose, anddeliver projects Coordinate installations and ensure proper systemcalibration (training provided) Maintain CRM, build pipelineforecasts, and report monthly sales activity Profile 5-10 years ofexperience in B2B sales with enterprise or Fortune 1000 clientsTrack record in one or more of: Sound masking / acousticsCommercial AV integration or tech solutions Interior officearchitecture, furniture, or flooring Low-voltage contracting, ITinfrastructure, security systems Strategic, technical, and hands-on•able to manage the full sales cycle Strong communication andpresentation skills across all organizational levels Proficiencywith CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools Job Offer Sixfigure base uncapped commission : Mid to high six-figure OTE basedon performance Full training provided•prior sound maskingexperience not required
