gpac is working with a client company who is seeking an on-site biopharma Technical Sales Specialist for a manufacturing facility near Boston, MA! This role will focus on providing solutions for clients through a strong knowledge of bioproduction and/or pharmaceutical process, and building a client base within New England and New York. They are seeking someone with either a strong sales background who can quickly grasp new products and systems, always focusing on solving customer problems, or someone with extensive knowledge of bioproduction/pharmaceutical manufacturing and a natural aptitude for sales. The ideal candidate holds:
Top sales record (proven success), focused on providing solutions for clients (not upselling)
Experience in bioproduction and/or pharmaceutical process, including but not limited to upstream, downstream and filling operations
Excellent communication skills with ability to create/deliver dynamic presentations
Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP certification; CRM software understanding
Ability to learn the industry quickly and be able to provide recommendations for the correct product(s) within specific processes
Ability to combine existing products to service a unique processing need: problem solving & process optimization
Understanding of the sales cycle in relation to FDA regulations to navigate time according to the approval process
