Job Description:
As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will be a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients as the subject matter expert regarding TMM workflows. Working closely and collaboratively with clients and Sales, you will devise effective TMM solutions while ensuring that PB’s solutions will meet the customer’s expectations. Through requirement elicitation, you are instrumental in determining what is needed to solve the customer’s problem.?
