Our Sales Representative Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team! As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping customers discover the right wireless solutions, all while delivering top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

Sell wireless phones, plans, and accessories in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring both retention of existing customers and acquisition of new ones. Understand and effectively communicate a variety of wireless products, services, plans, and features to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers alike. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, across multiple store locations as needed. Perform daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. Participate in meetings and promotional events, both in-store and in the community.

Qualifications:

At least one (0-1) year of experience in sales or customer service within a retail setting. A minimum of one (1) year of experience handling cash transactions. Knowledge of wireless products or experience in sales is a strong plus. Proficient in basic computer skills. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to pass a background check. High energy, excellent communication skills, and a positive, inviting personality.
