Job Description
The Administrative Support Associate will process payroll paperwork for Humanities at Work (H@W) student interns, graduate assistants, and ambassadors. Working closely with the Internship Coordinator, the Administrative Support Associate will manage agreements for 40-50 community partner sites and will manage the accounting of the community partners’ supplies fund. The Associate will complete travel forms for the Faculty Director and/or co-PIs. The Support Associate will assist in the planning of activities associated with the H@W program, including but not limited to booking event space, ordering catering, and paying guest speakers. The Support Associate will order supplies as needed for the H@W program and monitor all accounts. Minimum Qualifications
