Overview:

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain

PROS CPQ

& Sales Performance Optimization Management (SPOM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project goals. Lead and guide technical teams in developing standard configurations and custom solutions within budget and timelines. Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) & Requirements Design Documents (RDD) with input from Solution Architects. Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and sprint ceremonies, providing data reports and ensuring solution alignment.

Qualifications:

15 years of practical experience with at least 8 years in IT and 3+ PROS CPQ & Price Management project implementations.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

PROS CPQ, PROS

SPOM, SQL, Excel, and programming languages like Java, JavaScript, PROS Macro.

Analytical Skills:

Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize solutions effectively.

Process Knowledge:

Understanding of pricing processes and experience implementing Price Optimization and CPQ solutions.

Documentation & Reporting:

Proficiency in creating and maintaining

SDD & RDD

documents, and generating reports for sprint ceremonies.

Leadership & Communication:

Experience guiding teams, owning solution implementation, and conducting workshops with stakeholders. 356779

$136,710.00 – $189,000.00 per year
