In this critical role,you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing clientrelationships, and delivering high-quality solutions in the BPOspace.
Your role and responsibilitiesAs BPO Associate Partner, youwill be responsible for developing and driving the BPO businesswith a core focus on: Build up BPO pipeline Hold client meetings to present IBM BPO and build strong clientrelationships Develop client solutions and IBM offers with the BPOsolutioning team to reflect client requirements and needs Manage the contracting process with clients Oversee delivery of small to medium deals with support from theIBM BPO delivery teamRequired technical and professionalexpertiseSales expertise, BPO experience, and industry alignment toTelco, Manufacturing, Energy, and/or Tech sectors.
