Role:

We are looking for a Manufacturing IT Support Specialist withexperience in Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring, IT troubleshooting,ServiceNow management, and awareness of Manufacturing ITapplications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for triaging,investigating, resolving, and managing all Manufacturing ExecutionSystems (MES) ServiceNow tickets, as well as assisting shop flooroperators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base Gather user requirements for controlling and recordingmanufacturing activities Perform data analysis of support tickets Author updates and changes to Electronic Batch Records (EBR) incollaboration with Site Tier 2 Support team Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in Life Sciences Nights and weekends may be required

Required Skills:

Rockwell PharmaSuite authoring experience IT troubleshooting experience ServiceNow management skills Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution SystemPharmaSuite. Life Science SME GxP, CSV and SDLC knowledge Strong understanding of GxP and SDLC protocols Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
