Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at MatrixAir, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and nurturing business opportunities within the air filtration sector. Your expertise in air flow dynamics, filtration technology, and HVAC systems will be invaluable in promoting and selling our innovative products. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who can contribute to our mission and help us provide cleaner, healthier air to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the air filtration industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the air filtration or HVAC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of air filtration technology, air flow dynamics, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Existing network of contacts within the air filtration or HVAC industry.
  • Technical expertise in air filtration systems and technology.
  • Experience using CRM software for managing customer relationships.
