We are seeking a qualified applicant to fill a full-time Technology Assistant position.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support for hardware, software, peripherals, and other related equipmentMonitor help desk ticketing systemSupports one-to-one Chromebook deploymentProvides first level support as needed; including phone, onsite and remote assistanceCreates and maintains comprehensive documentation of all inventory and proceduresConfigures, tests and maintains software and upgradesAttention to detail to ensure current and accurate inventoryQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2-years college or technical training or equivalent, supplemented by 1-3 yearsproviding technical support to end users in a networked environmentA combination of experience and education will be considered.
