We are seeking a qualified applicant to fill a full-time Technology Assistant position.
Responsibilities
Provide support for hardware, software, peripherals, and other related equipment
Monitor help desk ticketing system
Supports one-to-one Chromebook deployment
Provides first level support as needed; including phone, onsite and remote assistance
Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of all inventory and procedures
Configures, tests and maintains software and upgrades
Attention to detail to ensure current and accurate inventory Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2-years college or technical training or equivalent, supplemented by 1-3 years
providing technical support to end users in a networked environment
A combination of experience and education will be considered.
