The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology and direct sales. This role involves engaging with clients, managing accounts, and driving sales growth through effective territory management. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance product visibility. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and client requirements. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system. Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and services. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in technology sales. Strong understanding of direct sales techniques and territory management strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Experience with cold calling and inside sales is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required.
