In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting our innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Safeguard Security Group is a trusted and experienced provider of armed and unarmed security guard services across New York. With a strong presence in schools, religious institutions, hotels, and private facilities, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our client base.

What You’ll Do:

Proactively identify and close new business opportunities across key sectors (schools, hotels, residential buildings, etc.) Generate leads via networking, cold outreach, industry events, and partnerships Build strong relationships with decision-makers (e.g., school admins, property managers, GMs) Deliver compelling pitches and customized proposals highlighting our security solutions Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals based on billable guard hours

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security, facility services, or hospitality Existing industry contacts in NYC (a major plus) Self-starter with strong negotiation and presentation skills Familiarity with security guard services, scheduling, or compliance is helpful Must be based in New York and able to travel to client sites
