Reports to:

President, Bullish Exchange Position Overview The Sales Data and Reporting Specialist is responsible for the integrity, analysis, and quality of salesforce data and the visualization of sales and customer data to drive informed business decisions across all Bullish Group business lines. This role requires a strong proficiency in Salesforce, advanced data manipulation/reporting skills, and the experience of working within sales functions driving salesforce discipline, process and reporting discipline. This role is required to work onsite from our NYC Office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Data Management & Optimization:

Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce data entry, hygiene, and governance. Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales and customer data within Salesforce. Configure and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within Salesforce. Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows to support marketing sales funnels, including lead, contact, campaign, and opportunity management Optimize Salesforce for sales enablement by configuring tools like guided selling, content libraries, or custom objects to support sales processes

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports, including pipeline analysis, sales forecasts, win/loss rates, and sales cycle duration. Analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify patterns, segment customers, and support targeted sales and marketing initiatives. Work with human resources team and sales leadership to report on sales activities, commissions, sales performance metrics

Dashboard Development & Visualization:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboards (e.g., in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) that provide meaningful insights into sales performance and customer behavior working closely with Finance and other data functions Translate complex data into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for various stakeholders. Customize dashboards to cater to the specific needs of sales teams, management, and other departments.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with data engineering teams to extract sales and customer data from various sources, including Salesforce, for analysis. Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting. Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver relevant insights. Communicate complex data findings in an understandable manner to non-technical audiences. Provide training and support to sales teams on reporting tools and data best practices.

Process Improvement & Automation:

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, improve data quality, and enhance efficiency. Explore and implement automation solutions for data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and implement sales enablement features, such as automated task creation, opportunity alerts, or guided selling paths. Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot) to ensure seamless data flow for funnel tracking. Build and maintain automated marketing workflows, such as lead nurturing sequences or campaign-triggered actions, to support marketing funnels

Experience & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience working in a sales operations role in a high-performance sales organization Experience with developing and implementing standardized best practices for Salesforce data entry, hygiene, and governance to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales and client data. Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce reporting tools, dashboards, and external BI tools with experience configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Proficient in data analysis and reporting with a strong background in extracting, transforming, and analyzing sales and marketing data to generate actionable insights. Experience in creating and enforcing consistent processes, workflows, and data governance within Salesforce for sales and marketing teams. This includes documentation and training. Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations with deep knowledge of the sales lifecycle, marketing funnels, and how data supports these functions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in data quality management; data cleansing, de-duplication, and ensuring data integrity within Salesforce. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, present findings, and drive adoption of new processes. Experience in managing projects related to Salesforce enhancements, data initiatives, or process improvements from conception to completion. Capacity to identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and propose data-driven solutions to improve sales and marketing performance. Prior experience working in the traditional Financial Services, Digital Assets (Crypto), FinTech, and/or Media industries is advantageous but not required.
