– What Success Looks Like Clubs are built 100% to spec , on time, and QC-approved. Product, fitting, and build knowledge stays sharp—and gets applied daily. You turn fitting inquiries into confident buyers through email, chat, and fittings. In-person events and fittings are smooth, pro-level, and on-brand. New fitters and accounts are trained fast and to the Avoda standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Club Building Assemble custom clubs to precise specs— loft, lie, length, swing weight, grip alignment . Maintain a production-ready workshop and log all build details. Follow and support quality control procedures— nothing ships unless it’s perfect .

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Online Fitting + Sales Guide players through Avoda’s online fitting tool and data review. Convert inbound chat, email, and social leads into committed players. Recommend build specs based on goals, history, and fit profile. Keep CRM records sharp— clean data, clear communication . Customer Experience Handle post-sale questions, issues, rebuilds, and exceptional service. Collaborate with builders and fitters to keep the customer journey seamless . In-Person Fitting + Events Run in-person fittings at HQ or regional events. Travel to demo days, activations, and retail pop-ups. Account Training Deliver hands-on and virtual training for new fitting partners. Onboard accounts into the Precision Fit system and product line. Serve as the go-to for build, fit, and club spec questions from partners.

REQUIREMENTS

You’re a hybrid: hands-on builder meets front-line sales rep . Strong communicator—written, verbal, and in-person. Experience in club building, golf retail, or fitting? Big plus. High attention to detail—whether it’s epoxy cleanup or CRM notes. Confidence in selling and recommending product to serious players. Familiar with specs, components, fitting data, and how it all connects. Comfortable with use of customer service and production software. Willing to travel for fittings and key events. Driven by the mission of helping players get better with the right equipment.

WEEKLY RHYTHM

Daily:

Club builds, chat/email fitting support, sales follow-ups.

Weekly:

Account training, team huddles, scheduled in-person fittings.

Monthly:

CRM cleanup, performance reviews, fitting events or activations. This isn’t just a job—it’s the frontline of how Avoda shows up. You don’t just build clubs. You build trust, connection, and performance.
