Position Summary:

The Technology Associate is responsible for maintaining technologyand supporting clients at Mastery Charter Schools campuses. TheTechnology Associate is a member of the Network Support Team andreports to a Technology Manager within the Technology department.

The Technology department’s goal is to provide consistent deliveryof technology and information systems to the network of Masterycampuses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide internal technologysupport for an organization of 1400 users. Support systemsincluding Windows PCs, chromebooks, mobile phones, VOIP phones, anda collection of academic and administrative applications. Performroutine preventative maintenance steps to ensure technologyreadiness. Follow inventory procedures for deploying, tracking, andcollecting hardware to and from users. Perform periodic inventoryaudits. Support new technology rollouts and support. This includesrefreshing hardware and ensuring campus technology readiness. Otherduties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate withusers effectively and display good interpersonal skills Excellenttroubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and researchsolutions Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks Strongorganizational skills Ability to work with other technicalpersonnel for collaborative problem solving Ability to work at allcampuses within the Mastery network

Education and Experience:

Highschool diploma or equivalent Certifications (MCSE, MCP, and A) aplus Currently enrolled in school or certification programpreferred, but not required Between 1-2 years practical technicalsupport and network experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to physically perform the duties and to work in theenvironmental conditions required such as bending, stooping,twisting, turning, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying,pulling, pushing and kneeling; Must be able to sit for long periodsof time looking at a computer monitor, using a keyboard and mouseand typing.
