SC/NC/VA 2-5
: years of supermarket and/or technology experience Provide technical and application support to the company’s Retailers for all solutions within the Retail Technology suite of services including back-office HQ and store applications, point-of-sale, sign/tag software, networking, etc. Provide hardware service and support for Retailer equipment including servers, computers, network, and point-of-sale. Provide Level 2 technical support to Retailers when escalated from the Level 1 Retail Technology Help Desk team, and escalate to Level 3 Management when required. Provide Retailers with service that includes remote and on-site field support in Retail supermarkets. Provide basic application training to Retailers for the Retail Technology suite of services. Provide Retailers with counseling, advice, and recommendations on technology solutions and services.

Knowledge of supermarket operations including point-of-sale and back-office applications; Technical, Computer knowledge
