Job Description
Data Entry – Sales (On-Site) Ebtron Inc Loris, SC 29569 Looking for an opportunity to work with a stable employee friendly company? Want competitive pay, great benefits, and casual dress code? What you will be doing:
Accepts customer orders and enters them into EBTRON order tracking system in a timely manner. Makes sure all orders are complete and correct. Assist customer when order requires additional information. Release the completed order to Production for assembly and shipment. Communicate with the customer to inform them of transportation cost and tentative ship date of the product. Transfer all pertinent paperwork to the accounting department. Answers and transfers phone calls, when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Adaptable to learning multiple computer systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
