Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Gather, clean, and analyze sales data from Salesforce and other relevant sources. Design, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports for sales teams and leadership. Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business objectives and develop data-driven strategies to support them. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to deliver proactive insights and identify performance trends. Detect data discrepancies or inefficiencies in processes and recommend actionable improvements. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistent and aligned data insights across departments. Develop and document best practices and procedures for data reporting and dashboard utilization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a Sales Analyst or Data Analyst role. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau. Certified Tableau Desktop Specialist Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau Desktop and Prep, Salesforce Campaigns and Opportunities. Experience with data warehouses or BI tools like Snowflake or SSMS is a plus.
