Call Center Sales Agent Preferred Care Advisors Deerfield Bch, FL 33441 Immediate openings are available for ACA agents. A health insurance license is required. You either need to already have the license or we will provide you with the course; experience is not mandatory if you possess the core character attributes we seek! If you are not licensed but are willing to take the course and exam in 2 weeks, this will guarantee you a starting date with us. Preferred Care Health is looking to hire six to eight skilled telephone sales agents for our ACA office in Deerfield Beach. This is a great opportunity to join our team as we prepare for our busy season. Our current agents are successfully selling 80-120 ACA plans each week, and we expect this number to double during the Open Enrollment period. We offer a competitive weekly salary along with a commission structure that is above industry standards. Our agency has adapted well to the recent CMS changes, allowing us to maintain a high call volume and excellent employee retention rates, with weekly earnings around $2500.
