Call Center Sales Representative EG Executive Health & Company Tampa, FL 33607 Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Salesforce software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales effectively.
