Role Overview:
As a Sales and Customer Outreach Representative with our telecommunications division, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our clients have access to the services and support they need, all while helping them navigate their communication needs. With your proactive approach and empathetic listening, you’ll guide customers through the sign-up process and advocate for solutions that enhance their telecom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients and customers through proactive outreach, understanding their unique needs and preferences. Listen attentively to identify challenges and work collaboratively to find the best solutions. Provide expert guidance on our telecommunications services, products, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions. Help customers select the right service packages and guide them through every step of the sales process. Work closely with sales and support teams to address client questions and resolve any concerns. Keep detailed records of all client interactions and outreach efforts to ensure seamless follow-ups.
What You Bring:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals, building strong rapport. A genuine passion for helping others and advocating for their needs. Strong organizational skills to manage client interactions efficiently and stay on top of follow-ups. Knowledge of telecommunications services is an advantage, but we’re more interested in your willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as a supportive member of a team. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele.
