Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services. Utilize CRM’s to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Engage in business development activities to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on effective approaches for reaching targets. Communicate clearly and persuasively, adapting your approach based on client needs. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Strong background in business development or technology sales is desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
