Objective:
The Customer Service agent is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who can motivate, support, and maintain a productive area. Coordinators communicate with customers primarily via phone, CRM, and email and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and deliver effective solutions in a fun, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate product and program information to the sales force promptly
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the Compensation Plan, and its policies
- Handle escalated calls and complaints including issues relating to policy and procedures, compliance, and commissions Handle customer and beauty influencers questions, complaints, order, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve issues with one call/one email Communicate with customers and beauty influencers using web-based tools and demonstrate professional proficiency in typing and grammar Follow up and provide thorough, closed-loop service on issues that cannot be addressed in a single call Appropriately document all transactions and pertinent interactions Adhere to a structured workday schedule to ensure maximum incoming call coverage Develop a broad working knowledge of Farmasi practices and operations Participate in team meetings and required training Other Responsibilities (as assigned): Help Beauty Influencers set up their replicated page (personal website) Help Beauty Influencers with basic navigation knowledge of the website Promote any active incentive program during these calls Promote an upcoming event, sales conferences, webinars with Beauty Influencers as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Sales/telemarketing experience/direct sales/customer service
- Excellent motivator and results-oriented
- Basic ability to plan and analyze
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Excellent telephone and communication skills with all customers in French and English
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent at prioritizing and managing time
- Ability to inspire, generate enthusiasm and motivate to action
- Computer knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent documentation skills Ability to work effectively with others, creating a cooperative and successful Teamwork environment Organized and detail-oriented Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations.
