Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities and strategies for growth. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience in business development or technology sales is a plus. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
