We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team! Our company specializes in high-demand B2B services, and we need talented individuals who know how to get past the gatekeeper, spark interest, and book solid appointments for our outside sales reps. ✅
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to business owners daily Set qualified appointments for our field sales team Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records Meet and exceed weekly performance targets Participate in ongoing training and daily team huddles ✅
Requirements:
Extensive experience in cold calling and appointment setting (2+ years minimum) Clear, confident phone voice and professional communication skills Proven success in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Self-starter with the ability to work independently Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment ✅
