In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads that contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and databases. Engage in warm calling to follow up with previous inquiries and nurture relationships. Present and promote our products and services effectively to potential customers. Utilize technical sales knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in Salesforce or other CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and lead generation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions promptly. Meet or exceed daily call quotas and performance metrics set by the management team. Skills Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or inside sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer interactions. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly over the phone. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records of interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
