Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will reach out to existing customers with final promotional offers for vehicles. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven sales and negotiation skills, able to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing customers to present final vehicle offers. Place between 100-200 calls per day , following a structured outreach strategy. Use persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to engage customers and close offers. Accurately enter and update customer information and responses in the system. Maintain detailed call records and follow up as needed. Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Qualifications:

Previous call center or telephone sales experience required. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in data entry and using CRM or call management software. Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume-calling environment.
