Job Description
Call and receive phone calls from prospective and current clients. Answer questions related to products and services, provide in-house information related to their accounts, remind of pending payments, or provide assistance related to their accounts. Maintain professional relationships with current customers to obtain stellar reviews, offer new/additional services and products and obtain referrals. Record names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and details of clients. Use computer to manage and maintain records of contacts, accounts, and offered products and services. No experience required.
