Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering necessary information. Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve individual and team goals. Requirements Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to follow a structured script while conversing with customers. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Benefits Full-time starting pay is $15/hr plus an uncapped monthly bonus and weekly cash spiffs.
