Upsell additional products or services to customers to maximize revenue. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. BE EFFICIENT IN EVERYTHING YOU DO!

Skills Proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales. Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in sales management or direct sales is a plus. Ability to upsell products or services effectively based on customer needs. Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies. Familiarity with retail sales processes is advantageous.
