• Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize telemarketing software to manage calls and track customer interactions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills
• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade potential customers.
• Proficiency in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details This position is strictly commission-based, with opportunities to grow within the company. Training will consist of five hours in-office before transitioning to remote or in-office work, based on your preference.
