Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets. Accurately document all sales interactions in our CRM system. Continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on product knowledge. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in high-volume cold calling and sales, preferably the ammunition industry or in a call center environment. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies for overcoming objections. Basic knowledge of the ammunition industry or eagerness to learn is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
